In one part of the 3.7-hectare site our <strong>4th plant<\/strong> was opened as a waste treatment plant, whereas in the other part the metalworking factory was set up. In the same place, a dismantling and sorting hall was established where non-hazardous waste, electronic waste, non-usable ferrous spare parts and equipment are being disassembled.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_378\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-378\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/s-metal.hu\/app\/uploads\/2015\/01\/IMG_56666.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-378\" src=\"https:\/\/s-metal.hu\/app\/uploads\/2015\/01\/IMG_56666-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"Plant of Moh\u00e1cs\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/s-metal.hu\/app\/uploads\/2015\/01\/IMG_56666-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/s-metal.hu\/app\/uploads\/2015\/01\/IMG_56666-1024x682.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-378\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Plant of Moh\u00e1cs<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In 2012, the owner of Steel-Met\u00e1l Ltd purchased nearly 60% of Moh\u00e1csi Vas\u00f6nt\u00f6de Ltd.\u2019s business share, which was on the brink of bankruptcy, thus becoming a majority owner.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hence, a company group was formed with the following members:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Steel \u2013Met\u00e1l Hullad\u00e9kkereskedelmi \u00e9s K\u00f6rnyezetv\u00e9delmi Ltd.<\/li>\n<li>Moh\u00e1csi Vas\u00f6nt\u00f6de Ipari \u00e9s Kereskedelmi Ltd.<\/li>\n<li>Met\u00e1l \u2013 Invest vagyonkezel\u0151 Ltd.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Main activities of the group:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Waste collection, waste treatment, environmental management, vehicle dismantling and demolition of iron and steel structures.<\/li>\n<li>Manufacture of fire hydrants, drainage and water-pipe fitting castings, public wells with ejector, castings for mechanical engineering, decorative iron castings, street furniture, in grey or ductile iron quality.<\/li>\n<li>Manufacture and surface treatment of steel structures, large cylindrical storage systems (silos, steel tanks), containers, machine spare parts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Company history: We had started dealing with waste trade, waste collection and sales in 1993 as a private enterprise, and then, we operated as a sole proprietorship until 1 January 1998 when M\u00c9HIKE LTD was established.
